Mobile IV Therapy in Grayhawk, Scottsdale
Grayhawk is a master-planned community of more than 1,600 acres in north Scottsdale, set on open Sonoran Desert just above the Loop 101. Grayhawk Development opened it in 1996 and finished the build-out in 2004, in two neighborhoods: The Park, with about 2,000 homes, and The Retreat, with about 1,600. The plan put schools, parks, a Boys & Girls Club campus, shops, offices and a medical campus inside its borders, tied together by 31 miles of multi-use trails, and readers of AZ Business Magazine later voted it the state’s best master-planned community. Today it counts more than 4,000 homes, condos and villas. At its center sits the Grayhawk Golf Club, two public courses named Raptor and Talon that have hosted the NCAA men’s and women’s golf championships, and to the northeast Pinnacle Peak rises to 2,889 feet at the top of its trail.
