Mobile IV Therapy in Central Scottsdale, Arizona

Central Scottsdale is the long middle of the city, the stretch north of Old Town where open desert became neighborhoods within a single lifetime. Until the late 1960s an Akimel O’odham family still lived in a traditional dwelling at the southeast corner of Indian Bend and Hayden roads. In 1937 Frank Lloyd Wright bought land in the McDowell foothills, and his apprentices built Taliesin West between 1938 and 1941 as his winter home and studio. On June 22, 1942, the Army Air Forces opened Thunderbird Field No. 2 in the desert to the north; it trained more than 5,500 cadets before closing in October 1944 and later became Scottsdale Airport. The city incorporated in 1951 with about 2,000 people. Master-planned communities followed, among them Scottsdale Ranch in 1978 and Gainey Ranch in 1980, and from 1981 to 1984 the city annexed almost 80 more square miles.

Three steps to a house call

  1. Add the address. A home in a gated ranch community, an office near the airpark or a resort casita; include the gate code or the building and suite.

  2. Pick the start time. Book an hour or more ahead; start times come every hour and fifteen minutes.

  3. Watch your inbox and texts. Both confirm the booking, and the nurse messages when they are on the way.
