Boise memberships provide $205 or $300 in monthly credit toward eligible mobile IV services and add-ons. Use credit across eligible visits and pay any balance above your available credit.

Memberships, packages and gift cards
Unused membership credit rolls over and accumulates while your membership remains active. If you cancel, your remaining credit stays available through your current paid billing period and expires when that period ends.
Eligible single services in your plan's area, NAD+ included, until the credit is used up. New SF Bay Area memberships apply only to eligible Pleasanton and San Jose clinic appointments. Their 15% extra-service discount applies only to eligible clinic IVs and IM injections after monthly credit is used; mobile appointments are excluded unless explicitly approved by management. Other regions follow their stated plan terms. Credit can't be used toward packages, gift cards or other memberships. Existing members retain their original plan terms.
Yes. Memberships are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Remaining credit stays available through your current paid billing period and expires when that period ends. Once a month has renewed, that month's charge isn't refunded.

Yes. Every membership has a one-time $25 setup fee.
Packages are non-refundable after purchase. New SF Bay Area Intralipid and Fertility packages allow an exception approved by ASAP IVs. Gift cards and dollar-credit packages do not expire.
Gift cards come in $100, $250, $500 and $1,000. Gift cards do not expire. They're for individual IV appointments only (not packages or memberships) and can't be combined with other offers. Boise gift cards are sold separately.
