Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit asapivs.com (the “Site”), contact us, apply to work with ASAP IVs, book an appointment, make a purchase or choose to receive our emails.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Booking and purchase checkouts collect the contact, billing and payment details needed for the transaction. Payment services handle payment details, while ASAP IVs uses booking and transaction records to administer appointments, packages, memberships and payments.

Website inquiries and recruitment. Contact and service inquiry forms ask for contact details and information relevant to your request. Recruitment applications ask about experience, availability and the areas where you wish to work. The relevant ASAP IVs team uses this information to respond to inquiries, coordinate next steps or review applications.

Appointment booking and intake. Our website links to or embeds Acuity/Squarespace Scheduling. Booking and intake forms may ask for contact details, appointment information and health information relevant to the requested service. The iron inquiry form also asks for health information relevant to that inquiry. Its optional advertising-measurement choice is described below.

Optional email updates. Website email signup and the scheduler’s email-marketing choice are separate from booking or receiving care. Mailchimp delivers our promotional emails. You can unsubscribe using a promotional email’s unsubscribe link.

In this policy, “Personal Information” includes information from website visits, inquiries, recruitment applications, bookings, purchases and optional email subscriptions. We refer to booking and purchase transaction information as “Order Information”.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use booking and transaction information to arrange appointments, administer packages and memberships, process payments and provide appointment or purchase confirmations. We use inquiry and application information for the purposes described above.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use service providers to operate the website, receive and store form submissions, manage scheduling and payments, and deliver optional promotional emails. These include Squarespace/Acuity, Google Workspace services, connected payment services and Mailchimp. We use Google Analytics to understand website use, subject to the website cookie choices described below. Google explains its data practices at Google Privacy Policy.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

COOKIE CHOICES AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT
Analytics and Advertising start on unless you have saved a different choice. Our cookie controls keep Advertising off when your browser provides Global Privacy Control. Necessary cookies remain on for site functionality.

Choose Change in the cookie notice, or Cookies in the footer, to change Analytics and Advertising independently. Use Save choices to save your selections or Turn off both to disable both optional categories. Your choices apply to subsequent website measurement; they do not erase data already sent to a service provider.

Website cookie choices, promotional-email unsubscribe and the iron form’s optional Ad Measurement Consent are separate controls. The advertising-measurement paragraphs below explain the optional patient-conversion process and how to withdraw that permission.

BROWSER PRIVACY SIGNALS
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different browser signals. Our website cookie controls use Global Privacy Control to keep Advertising off. You can also change Analytics and Advertising using the controls described above.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below under the "CONTACT US" header.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION AND RECORD REQUESTS
For information about retention of a particular record, or to request access, correction or deletion, email taylor@asapivs.com. Identify the type of record involved, such as a website inquiry, recruitment application, booking, purchase or clinical record. This policy does not promise automatic deletion of every type of record on request.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

CONTACT US
For questions about our privacy practices or a privacy request, email taylor@asapivs.com.

Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure how our ads perform. If you reach our website through a Google ad and submit an inquiry form, including our iron infusion inquiry form, we report to Google that an inquiry was submitted, with its date and region. This can indicate your interest in that service. We do not include your name, contact details, symptoms, or lab results in these measurement events. You can limit this measurement with the cookie choices on our site.

Separately, and only if you check the optional "Ad Measurement Consent" box on the iron inquiry form, we save the ad-click identifier with your inquiry. If you later become an iron patient, we may share that identifier, the conversion date, a standard conversion value, and the fact that you became an iron patient with Google Ads. That choice is voluntary and does not affect your care. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing taylor@asapivs.com; we will stop including your information in future patient-conversion uploads. We note how you arrived at our iron infusion page (for example, from one of our ads, a search engine, another website, or directly); this label does not identify you.
