Mobile IV Therapy in Paradise Valley Village, Phoenix

Paradise Valley Village is one of the 15 urban villages the City of Phoenix plans by, a 43-square-mile stretch from the Phoenix Mountains north to the Central Arizona Project canal, between 16th Street and the Scottsdale line. It is part of Phoenix, not the separate Town of Paradise Valley. Its center grew around Paradise Valley Mall, which Westcor opened in 1978 inside a ring road, Paradise Village Parkway, with slump-block walls, skylit courtyards and entry cubes painted like the Union Jack. Paradise Valley Community College, founded in 1985, opened its permanent campus on May 2, 1987. The mall closed on March 31, 2021, and RED Development is rebuilding the site at Cactus Road and Tatum Boulevard as PV, a mix of restaurants, shops, homes and offices. Around the core, the Indian Bend Wash greenbelt and trails into the Phoenix Mountains Preserve give the village its open-space character.
