Mobile IV Therapy in Black Mountain Ranch, San Diego

Black Mountain Ranch takes its name from Black Mountain, the 1,554-foot peak on its southeastern edge. Until the late 1990s these 5,100 acres were open country at the northern edge of San Diego, part of what city planners called the North City Future Urbanizing Area. The City Council adopted a subarea plan for the land on July 28, 1998, and city voters approved it on November 3 that year. It was built in two stages: first Santaluz, 3,690 acres, then the remaining 1,410. San Diego businessman Fred Maas led the work for more than 17 years. Del Norte High School opened in 2009 and Del Sur Town Center in October 2015. Today the community has two halves, Santaluz in the south and Del Sur in the north, set between Rancho Peñasquitos, 4S Ranch and Rancho Santa Fe and reached by Camino del Sur and Camino del Norte.

  1. Share the address and the gate. A home in Santaluz or Del Sur, or a townhome off Camino del Sur; if there is a guard gate or a gate code, tell us how the nurse gets in.

  2. Choose a time. Leave an hour or more of notice; appointments start every hour and fifteen minutes.

  3. Watch your phone. Email and text confirm the visit, and the nurse texts when they are on the way.
