Spring Training and IV Therapy

Updated September 2026 · Reviewed by Taylor J. Graber, MD

Spring training is one of Arizona's most beloved traditions each year, drawing crowds to ballparks across the Valley for weeks of baseball, sunshine, and time with friends.

A day at the ballpark is a great way to enjoy the weather before summer heat arrives, but hours in the sun — often paired with a beer or two — can leave you feeling run down if you're not careful.

Take me out to the ball game

Schedule an IV appointment before you head to the stadium to help you feel your best, whether you're seated behind home plate or up in the nosebleeds. Check the Cactus League Schedule for game days, and consider a hydration IV from our full menu to help you feel ready before first pitch.

Buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks (and an IV)

An appointment after the game can help too. After salty snacks, a few drinks, and a few hours in the sun, our Hangover IV or ASAP Recovery IV may help you get back to feeling like yourself.

Root, root for your team

Book tickets in advance, since games for popular matchups can sell out quickly. Consider arriving early for warm-ups and batting practice. Use the Cactus League ballpark directory to find your stadium, then check that ballpark's current bag and entry rules before you head out.

Most importantly, have fun and stay safe — and stay hydrated while you're at it.
